Individual online lessons
One-to-one lessons focused on your playing, repertoire and immediate goals. Bring a passage, an audition list or a bigger question about technique and musicianship.
At the instrument, and away from it.
An international performer with a particular interest in how musicians learn, rehearse and develop their own sound.
Lessons are not about making everyone play the same way. They are about understanding what a player is trying to do, and finding a more reliable way to get there.
I currently play principal tuba with the Estonian National Theatre ‘Vanemuine’ Symphony Orchestra. My work has also taken me to the Bern Symphony Orchestra Academy, the Spanish National Orchestra and Zurich Opera House. I studied with Perry Hoogendijk at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and with Anne Jelle Visser at Zürich University of the Arts.
